这场世纪大和解直播,没有剑拔弩张的对峙,也没有煽情的眼泪,只有几句家常般的问候。看似寻常,却收获了292万人次观看,销售额冲到了500万,并冲到了“大家电榜”榜首。


这一数据背后,是格力对年轻市场的试探,也是一场关于职场代际关系的温和对话。董明珠的“长辈式叮嘱”与孟羽童的谦逊回应,让争议与流量逐渐沉淀为对成长的思考;而直播间里频频提及的“健康家”理念与玫瑰空调的争议,则隐隐透露出格力在坚守与创新间的平衡探索。


或许,这场“和解”无关输赢,它更像一面镜子,映照着传统制造巨头转身时,既想抓住时代风口,又不舍放下自身骄傲的复杂心境。


一、“明珠羽童”CP直播间握手言和,一场世纪大和解


四年前,孟羽童在一档《初入职场的我们》综艺中获得了董明珠的赏识,并成功入职格力。彼时,董明珠曾对孟羽童这个后辈表达了十足的信心,并扬言称要将其培养成“第二个董明珠”。


董明珠一番言论迅速将孟羽童捧成了当代年轻人倾慕的对象。而对于董明珠秘书这一身份,孟羽童也深表敬意,她曾在日记中写道,“跟在董总身边学东西,比上十个MBA都管用。”


招来孟羽童做“接班人”,组成师徒cp,本质上是董明珠在为格力电器寻求多元化变革做出的大胆尝试。


在入职格力电器当年底,孟羽童正式在格力电器官方直播间开启了直播带货,销售业绩虽未大爆,但类比同阶段同类型直播间已属不易。首场4个小时的直播销出了约62万元的业绩,随后孟羽童经常现身直播间带货。


2022年,孟羽童逐渐减少了在直播内露面的频次,抖音“明珠羽童”账号名称更改为“格力明珠精选”,合影头像被替换成董明珠的个人照片,这一改动被外界看作两人发生嫌隙的铁证。直到2023年4月,董明珠正式对外宣布孟羽童不再担任秘书一职,并表示比起秘书工作,她更热爱直播这份工作。言外之意透露出对孟羽童在工作之外进行自媒体账号运营的失望之意。


2023年5月,孟羽童以“申请出国留学”为借口正式从格力离职,而随后其因违纪被开除的消息不胫而走,起因于其在公司任职期间经常旷工参加商务活动、接私活,在公司与其谈话后仍进行相关活动,未有改进。


当年年底,董明珠曾在公开场合怒斥孟羽童,表示其当秘书连一篇文章都写不出来,还借助格力平台变成了网红,在公司起到了不好的作用,不能再容忍这样的人出现在格力电器。


离开格力之后的孟羽童,顶着“前五百强总裁秘书”的头衔,网红之路发展的顺风顺水。公开报道显示,孟羽童账号的广告的价格在离职后直接涨到了每条20万,短短半年就赚了上千万元。当前,孟羽童的抖音账号粉丝已经达到218.4万,小红书账号粉丝亦高达147万。



从相遇相知到离职风波,再到“回家吃饭”,董明珠和孟羽童的故事一路从企业家寻找接班人的励志剧本,转变成了企业家与打工人之间的恩怨纠葛,戏剧张力拉满。不过,比起两年前坚硬批评的态度,如今的董明珠对孟羽童的态度已然缓和不少。


此次二人破镜重圆的契机是,在520节日当天,也就是在直播开启三天前,孟羽童在社交媒体账号上晒出了自己和董明珠的聊天记录。她表示,“时隔两年收到了来自前老板的微信,像是心中的一块大石头终于落了地……这个世界上不能没有女老板。”



而董明珠在直播中也解释称,是关注到了羽童近期的状态,担心其事业遇到瓶颈,主动关心了一下,并邀请她“回家吃饭”。


面对这场突如其来的世纪和解,部分网友表示了不解和质疑。对此,格力市场总监朱磊在知乎回答网友称:“没有策划,没有KPI,董总想她了,想聊聊这两年的成长。”


然而这场世纪大和解直播,并未如想象中那么平和,董明珠依旧在直播间里展露出自己雷厉风行的说话风格,但措辞委婉了许多。


直播中董明珠坦言,此前孟羽童未能经得住社会上表面现象诱惑,认为搞代言、做广告就能增加收入,但实际上是少了长远目光,失去了更多人生价值。言语之间,写满了长辈对晚辈的惋惜之情,“羽童对自己而言就是一个孩子,该批评该批评,该关心关心,该包容包容。”她略带婉转地点到,“你不能说她三观不正,但是最起码稍微打了个折扣。”对此,孟羽童火速进行了辩解,“我三观挺正的”。


针对外界关注颇高的“离职风波”事件,董明珠回应称,“最后一次叫你离开的时候,确实是你犯了很大的错误。因为要讲规矩,我们在工作当中一定要讲原则,情感是另外一回事。工作以外的时间要讲感情,要讲关心,但工作的时候原则性非常强。所以这两年下来,我觉得她肯定感触也很多。”


在直播间网友问及孟羽童未来是否还会回到格力,董明珠表示,不可能。


在短暂寒暄过后,进入了这场直播的主题,直播带货。飞瓜数据显示,当晚“格力明珠精选”直播间观看人次达到292万,巅峰在线人数超过3万人,带货销售额高达500万元,相较平日翻了十倍,带货成绩一度登上“大家电榜”第1名。这场直播中,格力上架的产品包含了空调、冰箱、热水壶、美容仪等产品。


前来围观这场“世纪大和解”的网友们,多数对此表达了欣慰之情。多数网友认为,这是一场“高级营销”,不仅展现了董明珠的企业家格局,董明珠放下身段主动修复关系的举动展现了强大的包容性,尤其在公开批评后仍愿给予年轻人机会,体现了“长辈的温情”与“职场代际矛盾的化解”。而孟羽童的谦卑回应和感恩态度,则被视为年轻人处理职场关系的积极示范。


“她到哪都不会差,但格力给了机会,抓住了就对了,不一定回去上班,但也要懂得借势。这女孩简直是吾辈楷模,能屈能伸,业务能力强,情商高,抗压能力强。”一位支持孟羽童的网友表示。


不过,亦有少数网友表达了质疑声,认为这是一场流量驱动下的作秀,并调侃称“利益面前无仇人”。


但总的来说,这次合体直播对于格力和孟羽童来说都是一次利益最大化展现。格力通过孟羽童的年轻流量吸引了更多Z世代消费者,而孟羽童也再次借助格力平台提升个人IP的商业背书。


二、世纪大和解背后,是董明珠想要“回应一切”


纵观当晚整场直播,比起与孟羽童和解的环节,镜头更多时候瞄准了董明珠,在讲解产品之外,她对近期外界对自己和格力的质疑再次做出回应。


首先是回应对“董明珠健康家”的质疑。


今年2月,格力正式启动“董明珠健康家”战略。3月13日,董明珠健康家北京首店正式开业,董明珠称,未来董明珠健康家将达到1万家。


格力电器这一战略,核心目的是推进格力电器的多元化产品布局,降低格力业绩对空调业务的依赖。格力电器市场总监朱磊曾公开表示,“董明珠健康家”代表全屋智能家电,有助于打破“格力就是空调”这样的认知。


而当晚两个小时直播下来,直播间场景进行了多次切换,从客厅到厨房再到冰箱展示厅,唯独少了对空调场景的展示,这一举动也在暗示,格力想要打破外界对格力只卖空调的固有认知。


此外,格力对于“董明珠健康家”的设想,一方面是通过将直播带货与线下体验相融合的模式,打造一个线下场景化体验中心,并借助董明珠个人IP的流量,为全新升级的线下专卖店导流;另一方面是希望通过终端门店升级,吸引更多年轻人走进店内交流,未来还将开辟出像星巴克一样的第四空间,供年轻人进店办公。


但这一战略却得到了不少人的吐槽,不少人对格力过度使用董明珠个人IP的做法表达了不看好,更有网友调侃称,这一举动好比微信改名为马化腾聊天室,抖音改名为张一鸣放映厅,小米之家改叫雷军妙妙屋。


针对“董明珠健康家”引发的质疑声,董明珠霸气回应称,“知道格力的人,都会站在我这边”,她表示,自己给格力做了十多年的广告,节省了十多个亿的广告费用。         


在当晚直播中,董明珠再次公开回应了外界对董明珠健康家的争议,她表示,格力专卖店主要卖的是空调,但董明珠健康家最大的特点就是整个一个家庭,全屋都是格力的电器产品。董明珠健康家的核心意义在于“健康”二字,董明珠健康家打造的是一个线下可以供消费者去体验的、理想且健康的家,重点是能让消费者直观感受到产品能否带来健康。


董明珠以无风空调为例,解释了健康体验的重要性。她在直播中分享了一次自己国外参会经历,称会场因空调直吹导致与会者需要穿着风衣御寒。“让人们健康是制造业的使命,也是企业的担当。想赢得市场,必须要用产品说话。”在她看来,格力空调的核心优势在于“无风健康”“风不对你吹”等技术,而格力做的每个产品一定跟身体健康有关,健康才是生活的本质。


“我们不是为了自己而活的。到了今天,我们已经把格力做成世界级的了,可以这样讲,最好的空调在格力。”她表示,如今在国外多地看到格力标志令她感到兴奋,“格力二字代表着我们中国制造走向世界。”


其次是回应对格力“玫瑰空调”的评论。


这台“玫瑰空调”横空出世时,就被很多网友吐槽“又丑又土”。但董明珠对于自己的审美坚定不移,她表示,尽管有人对她的审美表达了质疑,认为她很“土”,但她依旧相信,有一批人是非常喜欢这款产品的。“不知道网上为什么老有人说格力的玫瑰空调不好,但事实上,玫瑰空调不仅要提前定制,还没有货”。



在直播间里,她还表达了对玫瑰空调二代的展望,称新一代产品可能将整个空调外形做成玫瑰花的形象,成为一件摆放在家里的艺术品。


作为中国女企业家的代表,董明珠向来有着“铁娘子”的称号,杀伐果断、态度严厉、说话颇为强硬是在很多年来外界对其的印象。在格力工作35年,她从基层销售一路做到格力董事长,如今,董明珠三个字已然与格力融为一体,对于71岁的董明珠来说,这既是一件幸事,也因此遭到了不小舆论压力。


但“直言不讳”向来是董明珠的行事风格,外界对格力过度依赖“董明珠”三个字发出质疑,董明珠每次都直言不讳地回击,早在2001年接手格力时,她就曾公开表示:“没有了我,格力就完了。”


虽然董明珠的众多高调言论曾为其引起了不小的舆论风波,但她仍旧不断在勇敢表达发声。董明珠曾在采访中回应称,“要主张大家讲真话,敢于跟不良行为斗,这个社会才能更和谐,妥协不是方法,息事宁人也不是方法。”


好友叶檀曾劝阻过董明珠,可以“收一收”,但她发现这套说辞对于董明珠来说是无效的。“她以前是靠这一套逻辑获得成功的,所以也不会轻易改变。大部分人会因外界的改变而改变自己,但有这么一批人是不会的,她会保持一些最内核的东西,这份东西在她那儿就是跟天真相关。” 叶檀曾表示。


不过或许是随着年纪增长,董明珠近年来变得相对柔和了,在其营销策略上也初见端倪。


值得一提的是,此前董明珠曾因“绝不用海归,因为海归里面有间谍”而招致全网舆论的反噬。而在此节骨眼上,选择与即将出国读书的未来“海归”孟羽童握手言和,也是对董明珠公众形象的一次重塑。


三、谁是下一个格力接班人?


此次董明珠和孟羽童的再度合体,也引发了网络上关于格力接班人的讨论。


今年 2 月,董明珠曾与俞敏洪在节目《酌见》对话中谈到,已经找到格力接班人,有三四个预备人选,而这几位候选人被安排在不同岗位上进行锻炼,关键在于通过实践筛选出最适合格力未来发展的人选。


人才培养也是近年来董明珠重点关注的方向。关于人才培养的标准,她在格力电器2025年第一次临时股东大会上表示,年龄和资历并不是衡量标准,格力电器未来的培养人才观念是要有创新能力,有责任心,敢于拼搏。


谈到“格力接班人”,就不得不提另一位与孟羽童前后脚入职格力的网红“王自如”。


王自如与董明珠的结识要更早,2016年二人凭借创业节目《我是创始人》相识,彼时,董明珠的身份是创业导师。而后的2021年,格力进入开展渠道改革、发展线上新零售模式的转型期,王自如辞掉了自创科技媒体ZEALER的职务,作为“渠道改革负责人”入职格力。但他在格力的身份颇为尴尬,既不是高管,亦没有决策权,凡事都得向董明珠汇报。


在格力就职的三年期间,王自如的言行举止也一直充满争议,被调侃为“大搞行为艺术”。作为渠道改革负责人,由王自如推动的“云网批”模式因直接对传统经销商利益产生冲击而被“千夫所指”,彼时就有经销商预言,其在两年内必离职。而接受公开采访时,王自如因“从未看过工资条”“只求离董明珠近一些”等言论,引发巨大舆情。


2024年8月,一张来自深圳南山区法院的传票,不仅让王自如背上了3383万元的债务,更将格力推向了风口浪尖,这一事件成为了其离职的导火索。


但不可否认的是,王自如的种种“行为艺术”确实给格力带来了流量和话题性。近期,据多位数码博主及行业消息人士透露,王自如正计划以博主身份回归。如今,王自如的微博及抖音账号介绍依旧为ZAKER创始人兼CEO,粉丝数分别为186.4万、23.7万人。


从某种程度上看,孟羽童和王自如大火出圈的“网红”形象,只是外界对董明珠挑选接班人的刻板印象。谁能真正堪当重任,董明珠心里自有一杆秤。


在昨晚直播中讲解厨具环节时,坐在董明珠左侧的女高管,就是另外一位被董明珠寄予厚望的“候选者”,同样被誉为“铁娘子”的卢陆群。


卢陆群曾就职于方太电子商务部和京东零售家电事业部,入职格力后,她靠着一场河北经销商保卫战,一战成名,不但成功稳住了河北经销商的关系,还为格力争取到了更多的市场份额。经此一役,卢陆群在董明珠面前正式证明了自己,一跃成为格力家用电器经营部的销售总监。


不过,虽为家电行业打拼多年的老兵,但卢陆群的公众知名度并不高,有业内人士分析称,此次将卢陆群带进直播间,也是在变相为其争取曝光机会。


总的来说,董明珠和孟羽童这场世纪和解背后,是一场事关于格力和董明珠的名誉保护战,更是格力重构家电市场的一次反击之战。


无论是选择618前夕进行“世纪大和解”提高市场关注度,还是在直播间里多次提及家电国补的优惠政策,都彰显了格力电器激战618的野心。


倘若与孟羽童的和解能为格力带来更多的消费者,将是最好的结局。
