If T86 customs clearance policy is cancelled, logistics providers will raise prices
In early February, the change in US tariff policies caused confusion in customs clearance, a sharp increase in costs, and a storm of supply chain optimization adjustments, especially the T86 customs clearance mode, which was cancelled and restored. In terms of logistics, it brought a roller coaster experience to cross-border e-commerce sellers.
While the matter was still unresolved, news of the T86 policy change continued to spread. The Loadstar, a foreign media outlet, has reported that federal agencies will submit a formal review report on the "$800 tax-free quota" policy on April 1st.
The release of Amazon's official email "Global Trade Policy Dynamics" has sparked industry discussions, with reports suggesting that the Trump administration is likely to sign an executive order on April 2nd to cancel the T86 policy.
As April approaches, some logistics providers have issued notices stating that they will suspend shipments until the new US customs clearance policy is released. They have also stated that if the T86 customs clearance policy is cancelled, they will settle according to the new customs clearance method (with increased costs) and based on a new quotation table (with increased prices).
Shenzhen Siyunda International Logistics:
1. Delivery arrangement for goods on the US Express: During this transitional period, our company will operate normally to handle the goods on the Express and arrange flight shipments. However, if the T86 policy notice is cancelled, there will be a certain delay in the overseas delivery time. In this situation, our company cannot guarantee the delivery time, and we reserve the right to collect tariffs if any taxes are incurred
2. Delivery arrangement for goods via US standard dedicated line: To avoid unnecessary inspections and additional competition, goods collected after March 29th will be stored in the warehouse and will not be processed temporarily, waiting for the release of new US customs clearance policies (expected on April 1st US time).
·If the T86 customs clearance policy is cancelled, our company will follow the new customs clearance method (with increased costs) and settle based on the new quotation table (with increased prices). Starting from April 2nd, we will arrange for the goods to be shipped out and prioritize the fastest flight transfer.
·If the T86 customs clearance policy remains unchanged, our company will settle according to your current quotation. Starting from April 2nd, normal arrangements for goods to be shipped out will be made, with priority given to the fastest flight for transfer.
·Other instructions: The goods that have been delivered to our company cannot be returned. I suggest you evaluate before deciding whether to deliver normally.
Wanbang Suda:
1. Shipment arrangement for goods on the US Express: During this transitional period, our company will handle the goods collected by the Express as usual and arrange for flight shipment. But if the T86 policy notice is cancelled, there will be a certain delay in the overseas delivery time, and in this situation, our company cannot guarantee the delivery time.
2. Delivery arrangement for US special line goods: In order to avoid unnecessary inspections and additional fees, the special line goods collected from March 29th to March 31st will be stored in the warehouse by our company and will not be processed temporarily. Waiting for the release of new customs clearance policies in the United States (expected on April 1st, US time).
·If the T86 customs clearance policy is cancelled, our company will follow the new customs clearance method (with increased costs) and settle based on the new quotation table (with increased prices). Starting from April 2nd, we will arrange for the shipment of goods and prioritize the fastest flight for shipment.
·If the T86 customs clearance policy remains unchanged, our company will settle according to your current quotation and arrange for the goods to be shipped out normally from April 2nd, with priority given to the fastest flight for shipment.
·In addition, the goods already delivered to our company will not be returned for processing. I suggest you evaluate before deciding whether to deliver normally.
Although Yanwen Logistics has not yet issued an official notice, customer service has reminded sellers not to send commercial express delivery to the United States in the next few days, as there may be a risk of tax collection.

临近4月，已经有物流商发布通知称，将暂停发货直至美国清关新政发布，并表示，若T86清关政策取消，将按照新的清关方式(成本会上涨)，并依据新的报价表(价格会上调)进行结算。

1、 美国快线货物发货安排：在这段过渡时期，我司将正常操作处理快线的货物，并安排航班发运，但倘若T86政策通知取消，海外提货时效会出现一定延误，在此情形下，我司无法对时效作出保证，且如有关税产生，我司保留收取关税的权利
2、美国标准专线货物发货安排：为规避不必要的査验及额外赛用,3月29日之后揽收的货物,我同将统一存放于仓库，暂不进行操作处理，等待美国清关新政发布(预计美国时间4月1日)。
·若T86清关政策取消，我司将按照新的清关方式(成本会上涨)，并依据新的报价表(价格会上调)进行结算，于4月2日开始安排货物出库，优先调配最快航班转运。
·若T86清关政策不变我司将按照您当前的报价进行结算。于4月2日开始正常安排货物出库，优先调配最快航班转运。
·其他说明：已交付我司的货物，不子以退回处理。建议您评估后，再决定是否正常交货。

尽管燕文物流还未发布正式通知，但是客服也提醒卖家这几天不要发美国商业快递，可能有收税的风险。
