On April 29th, IT Home reported that during today's 8th Digital China Construction Summit, Fuzhou Urban and Rural Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Urban and Rural Construction") and Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Kaihong") jointly created the country's first smart building prototype based on open-source HarmonyOS, which was officially released at Fuzhou Jianzong Building.


The goal of this project is to transform buildings into intelligent organic life forms that can evolve, and to reconstruct building management models through open-source HarmonyOS technology.

Shenkai Hong introduced that the China Urban and Rural Construction Association has a deep cooperation with Shenkai Hong, with open source HarmonyOS technology as the core and "Kaihong Security Digital Base" as the foundation. Smart buildings are like "smartphones", realizing cross end interconnection of heterogeneous devices in buildings, unified data scheduling, and efficient collaboration of services.


Based on KaihongOS and KaihongOS Meta from open-source HarmonyOS, a "smart brain" has been installed in the Jianzong Building, allowing it to perceive the environment like a human and automatically make decisions and adjustments based on the full amount of data collected by devices. After intelligent transformation, Jianzong Building has achieved real-time monitoring and linkage of management modules, and implemented multiple scenarios:


Energy consumption management: Implement intelligent monitoring of water and electricity equipment, combine AI to arrange energy-saving models, automatically adjust lighting and air conditioning, with an expected overall energy saving rate of 10% -15% and an annual reduction of nearly 100 tons of carbon emissions;


Smart conference room: By using the Kaihong conference control terminal to switch conference modes with just one click, intelligent device control, second level screen casting, and automatic resource release after the meeting can be achieved. The utilization rate of the conference room is improved, and the green self-service conference mode reduces energy consumption and improves efficiency;


Visitor and security management: Visitors can make appointments through the mini program, enter the building with facial recognition and real-time trajectory tracking; During fire emergency drills, the digital twin platform provides real-time push of escape routes to improve emergency response efficiency;


Asset and vehicle management: visualized management of the entire asset process, real-time statistics of vehicle entry and exit data, and improved efficiency of parking space utilization;


User side empowerment: Customize the "Jianzong Mini Program" to integrate functions such as work order management, remote light control, and pre-set air conditioning for sports venues, achieving a "people-oriented" service upgrade.


IT Home learned from the announcement of Shenkai Hong that the project's effectiveness has shown that the introduction of open-source HarmonyOS technology has significantly improved the efficiency of building operation and maintenance, and significantly reduced the building's energy consumption expenditure. In addition, through data-driven decision-making, the lifespan of building equipment has been extended by 10% to 15%.


Shenkai Hong revealed that in the future, buildings, surrounding roads, and urban infrastructure will be interconnected based on the open-source HarmonyOS distributed capabilities, which can be combined into larger "super phones". IT之家 4 月 29 日消息,在今日的第八届数字中国建设峰会期间,福州市城乡建总集团有限公司(以下简称“城乡建总”)与深圳开鸿数字产业发展有限公司(以下简称“深开鸿”)联合打造的全国首个基于开源鸿蒙的智慧楼宇样板点在福州建总大厦正式发布

这一项目以“让建筑成为可进化的智慧有机生命体”为目标,通过开源鸿蒙技术重构楼宇管理模式。


深开鸿介绍称,城乡建总与深开鸿深度合作,以开源鸿蒙技术为核心、以“开鸿安全数字底座”为基础底座,智慧楼宇就像一部“智能手机”,实现楼宇内异构设备跨端互联、数据统一调度及服务高效协同

基于开源鸿蒙的 KaihongOS 和 KaihongOS Meta,为建总大厦装上“智慧大脑”,让它能像人一样感知环境、基于设备采集的全量数据自动决策和调节。经过智慧化改造,建总大厦已实现管理模块的实时监测与联动,并落地多个场景:

  • 能耗管理:对水、电设备实施智能化监控,结合 AI 编排节能模型,自动调节灯光与空调,预计整体节能率达 10%-15%,年减少碳排放近百吨;

  • 智慧会议室:通过开鸿会控终端一键切换会议模式,实现设备智能调控、秒级投屏及会后自动释放资源,会议室利用率提升,绿色自助会议模式降低了能耗,提高了人效;

  • 访客与安全管理:访客可通过小程序预约,人脸识别入楼并实时轨迹追踪;消防应急演练时,数字孪生平台实时推送逃生路线,提升应急响应效率;

  • 资产与车辆管理:资产全流程可视化管理,车辆出入数据实时统计,车位使用效率提升;

  • 用户端赋能:定制“建总小程序”集成工单管理、远程控灯、运动场馆空调预设等功能,实现“以人为本”的服务升级。

IT之家从深开鸿公告获悉,项目成效显示,开源鸿蒙技术的引入使大厦运维效率大幅提升,大厦能耗支出显著减少。此外,通过数据驱动决策,楼宇设备寿命延长 10%~15%

深开鸿透露,未来楼宇与楼宇之间、楼宇与周边道路、城市基础设施基于开源鸿蒙分布式能力实现互联互通,可以组合成更大的“超级手机”,基于“超级手机”将有无限创新可能。
